

How it Works
The videos below are designed to be viewed on a weekly basis. Most weeks there is homework that is to be completed before you view the next episode. There is a companion workbook and study guide that can be shipped to you for a donation of $20, or you can download a free, electronic version (go to the Store tab). It will provide you with a summary of each week's content, remind you of your homework assignments, and ask thought provoking questions that will enhance the experience. The workbook can be used on an individual basis or you can use it as a step-study guide and go through it as a group. Instructions on how to run a step-study group are included in the workbook.
